Story
As a manager, I would like to be able to transfer labor and wages between locations that are under the same operator.
Business Challenge or Problem
- Before we updated the ability for Operators to transfer labor and wages between DFL and regular CFA locations, store managers could transfer labor and wages between regular locations under the same operator.
- CFA would like managers to be able to transfer labor and wages between CFA sites that are under the same Operator.
EOM > Expenses to be Transferred > Category > Labor/Wages
AC
- A new user permission will be created to control this functionality: “Allow Labor and Wage Transfers Between Locations”
- This functionality is only available when the "Labor/Wages" category is selected.
- With this permission on, users can transfer labor and wages between all locations that are under the same Operator.
- This is true for all location types. Regular, DFL, etc.
- If the Operator situation changes so does the ability to transfer.
- The Operator gains a location – The user can transfer labor and wages to this new location.
- The Operator loses a location – The removed location is no longer eligible for transfer.
