As a developer, I would like builds to complete faster so that I can get tighter feedback loops.
Note: If doing this requires rebuilding the Build process, we should find a way to be able to run Unit Tests on the old MMS code. It appears to have been removed and all we run are the Mobile Area tests. We attempted to add a simple test to C:\Repo\Inform\Mobile\Shared\Tests\Mx.Services.Shared.Tests\Auditing\AuditServiceTests.cs, but were unable to run as part of the build because of the different FluentNHibernate version used by Mx.BusinessObjects.
