      Sales Exclusion data table columns display errors on Mobile Device (iPad)
      1. Locations and Actions headers overlap on iPad (display on top of eachother)
      2. Active header and buttons display outside on data table borders
      Note - maybe have all columns be more left aligned and the Exclusion Type ID column be made narrower
