Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login to MxNext
2. Switch to Store 00198
3. Navigate to Production > Bulk Prep Report
4. Click the Start Date field
5. Enter any alphabetical characters

Expected Result
Date Field should not allow user to enter any alphabetical characters

Actual Result
User is able to enter alphabetical characters
