1. Login to JAT Server
2. Run the sets and removes store to and from Signal Zones
Expected Result
All Signal Store NOT 00663 are removed (CFA has turned on 00663 on as a Signal Store on their end)
Actual Result
0000 Test Store is still part of the Signal Zone
