Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login to MxNext
2. Navigate to Production > Bulk Prep Report
3. Enter Start Date and End Date that has the same date and time
4. Increase Start Date Time

Expected Result
When the Start Date Time surpasses the end date time, the end date time should match the updated start date time

Actual Result
Start Date Time is able to surpass End Date time
