Signal Integration - Create Transfer -> Performance Issue

When creating transfer against to Signal Store, the process is taking longer sometimes. 

In the below example: the transfer took around 20 seconds. 

Most probably the first try took a lot longer than the second try. But we don't have any visibility in the logs. So we should see enough detail in the logs for the first error as well. 

And also if the first call takes longer than we should give up making the call (the same timeout setting we have to break the call should be applied here too) and throw the error.
