      Current Functionality

      The "Authorize" button is disabled even when the user has entered a value into the "Monies Received" field. The Authorize button enables when the user edits "Monies Received" and moves focus off of the field.

      Desired Functionality

      The "Authorize" button should be enabled as soon as the user types a value into the "Monies Received" field.
