      Description

      Signal - Transfer Created - The request was aborted: Could not create SSL/TLS secure channel.

       

      We have found one defect when testing Signal API calls. it seems like it is happening only once after every time mobile web site gets restarted on IIS. the following attempts are successful

       

      Steps to recreate: 

      Restart Mobile Website on IIS then try to create a Transfer to a signal store.

      Actual: Transfer Create fails in the first attempt. 

      Expected the Transfer Create should work
