Denomination table only allows 99 units of a denomination to be entered

      Description

      Denomination table only allows coount per denomination and adds up Dollar value in total

      Only 99 units of a denomination allowed, which only allows for a max of $18 969.15 on all tables. Not correct - Should also allow to a max value of 99.999
