      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Login to MxNext
      2. Click the Workflow Icon
      3. Select Dispatch
      4. Click Workflow Icon again

      Expected Result
      Dispatch Page should load instantaneously 

      Actual Result
      Dispatch page is almost causing chrome to crash upon load and each time the workflow taskbar opens/closes
