      As an administrator I want the Applied Date to be set to the current date for any rules that are imported

      Acceptance Criteria

      1. Confirm when a rule is created by the rule import that the applied date is set to the current date
      2. Confirm when a rule is updated by the rule import that the applied date is set to the current date
