      Description

      Scenario - currently the informational icon on the Closing Change Fund page for the Closing Change Fund variance displays information when clicked not on hover

      Does the new framework support this?

      Steps

      1- Login to MXNext and navigate thru the Work flow to the Closing Change Fund page

      2- Enter a CF amount greater than or less than what is expected 

       

      Defect - currently in MXC has a  uib-popover-popup. The user must click the   to see the message 

      MXNext is different user just hovers over it and the experience is not as nice.
