      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Login to MxNext
      2. Click the Workflow Icon
      3. Select the Cashier Settlement worklow menu option
      4. Select date as 4 May 2023

      Expected Result
      MxNext and MxConnect should display the same dropdown header - "Select Cashier Settlement - 0 - Available" when the page opens for the 1st time

      Actual Result
      MxNext - Cash Management_- Cashier Settlement dropdown empty when opening the page for the 1st time.  Only displays the xpected message after the page is refreshed
