MXC - Paid In /Out Categories - edit modal holds changes when user clicks outside rather than x or Cancel button

Scenario - when an edit is being made to an existing paid in or paid out and the user does not close the modal using Cancel or X, the changes are maintained in the UI.

Steps

1. Login to MXC as System Admin that has access to Paid In/Out Categories 

2. Click Settings

3. Click Paid In/Out Categories 

4. Click the Regions icon or the Pencil icon 

5. Edit modal is opened and displays

6. Select or unselect various regions and categories to something different

7. Click outside the modal

8. Edit modal is no longer displayed

Defect: 

This should be treated as a x or Cancel and all edits should be removed.

NOTE: once the modal is in this state Cancel nor X will delete these unsaved checked selections only refreshing the browser will do this.
