Defect - Maintain Order Guide - Security Setting not working

GIVEN the user has navigated to inform.jatesting.cfahome.com/MMS_Admin_RoleSecurity.aspx

WHEN the user navigates to Mobile > Administration - Maintain Order Guide - Can Access

THEN the user sets the setting to FALSE to restrict the user's access 

Navigate to m.inform.jatesting.cfahome.com/#/Administration/MaintainOrderGuide

EXPECTED RESULTS: The user cannot access the page

ACTUAL RESULTS: The user has access to the page
