Improvement - INF-10641 - Request AWS Forecast Page - Incorrect Timestamps

When looking at the Request AWS Forecast Page The Last Generation Date appears to be using some kind of GMT time. It should match the External Generation Date or the actual date and time the forecast was last generated.

in order for a row to be Green, the External Generation Date & Latest Generation Date must match.

Looking at the screenshot, you can see that this is not the case, in the UI, but behind the scenes they do match.

Both time should match in the UI, so that users can easily see any discrepancies
