Link Disabled for User in the middle of performing a task

      Description

      1) The user has enabled the security permissions " Inventory - Transfers - Can Create Transfer Out"
      2) The user logs into MxConnect
      3) The user clicks on the Inventory Transfer widget
      4) The user clicks on the [History] menu link 
      5) The user turns the security permissions "Inventory - Transfers - Can Create Transfer Out" off
      6) The user clicks on the History menu link again

      Expected Result: The user is presented with the message the ‘Access Denied’ message

      Actual Result: "The requested operation failed"

      NOTE: This only happens when trying to access 'History'. Works when accessing 'Create'.
