      Description

      Ensure that the following behavior is present on the Item Maintenance Page –

      When the Build To setting is set to:
      "No Items" – The Build To field is not displayed.
      "Non-Suggested Items Only" - The Build To column is displayed, but only editable for Non-Suggested Items.
      "All Items" – The Build To column is visible, all Items are editable.
