TBC > New page and Empty Customer Grid

As a store manager I want to have access to a new Customer Sales page in MxConnect to view my To Be Collected and Outside Sales.

Notes

• New configuration setting - to enable piloting of this page by store
• New Security Setting - to restrict access to the page at the store level
• Add new page
  • Search box for customer
  • Show Inactive customers
• New 5/20 - The TBC page will be used within the MMS Workflow so should be tested that way

Acceptance Criteria

1. Confirm that there is a new Configuration Setting:
   • Mobile > Administration > Allow Access to Customer Sales 
   • Allow Access to the Customer Sales page in MxConnect
   • By default the config setting should not be selected (i.e. by default it is off)
2. Confirm that there is a new Security Setting:
   • Mobile > - Administration - Customer Sales - Can View
   • By default the security setting should not be selected (i.e. by default it is off)
   • There is only one security setting for this page, if the page can be accessed data can be entered/updated
   • When this Security Setting is set to true, the Customer Sales will be available in the menu
3. New 5/23 As discussed with Carlos 5/21 Confirm that there is a new Security Setting:
   • Mobile > - Administration - Customer Sales - Can Access
   • By default the security setting should not be selected (i.e. by default it is off)
   • There is only one security setting for this page, if the page can be accessed data can be entered/updated
   • When this Security Setting is set to true, the Customer Sales will be available in the MMS workflow
4. Confirm that there is a new Customer Sales page found under Customers
5. Confirm that the Customer Sales page has an empty customer grid
6. Columns to include:
   • Account Name (Editable) (Main)
   • Invoice Number (Editable) (Main)
   • Description (Editable) (Main)
   • Tender Type (Main)
   • Destination (Main)
   • Transaction ID
   • Gross Sales (Main)
   • Sales Tax
   • Tax Exempt
   • Cashier

                 (Columns will not be displayed in an empty grid)

1. Confirm that the page has a search box.
2. Confirm the search box allows for searching by account name
3. Confirm the search box allows for searching by invoice number
4. Confirm the search box allows for searching by Cashier
5. Confirm the search box allows for searching by Transaction ID
6. Confirm the columns on the page will sort by ascending or descending order
7. New 5/20 - Confirm that that the TBC page is available in MMS to be added to the menu
8. New 5/20 - Confirm that that the TBC page is available in MMS to be added to the workflow
9. New 5/20 - Confirm that that the TBC page is available in Help Articles
