EOM - Landing Page for End Of Month

Story
As an Operator, I would like a page that displays content relevant to my End of Month process.

Provide a text field for displaying content relevant to the End of Month process. This section should also support HTML links, and be available for editing via the Text Translation functionality.

The idea would be a grid for displaying End of Month content, which displays expanded upon page load. The grid should be fixed (not included in any sorting) and would collapse by a chevron or when the first section below is expanded.

Acceptance Criteria

• Confirm a section exists for the End of Month Process.
• Confirm the text in the section can be localized with Text Translations
• Confirm the section label can be localized with Text Translations.
• Confirm the section is loaded expanded upon page load.
• Confirm the section supports html links.
• Confirm the section header is "Welcome to the Chick-fil-A End of Month Application".
• Confirm the html link is going to "https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScTUNLiXCKhuvgukbmHan2uyuHkrRWfM54RAeAcb6YECHd_vQ/viewform".
• Confirm the text reads "This Application will assist you in checking the status of you End of Month processing. Restaurants with key drop deliveries ONLY: Please use this link to enter the invoice number of the last delivery you received (and inventoried) this month to ensure that food cost is accurately stated. Completing this form will not affect the order in which your FCR is processed. If you have any questions concerning this application or End of Month processing, please contact your Restaurant Accountant. For technical issues, please call the Chick-fil-A HELP Line at 1-800-CFA-CORP ext. 58911."
