      Description

      When the user expands the Wage Accrual section on a non-locked period. 00198 - Oct 2018 - JAT, the Wage Accrual message is not displaying based on the data in the DB.

      Example:
      Please accrue for 8 day(s).
      This includes business dates for April 22 thru 30.
