Configured Reporting UOM is not displaying or calculating correctly on Metric configured items.

There are 3 items added by import. 14666, 14668 and 14669. The issue is that when counted the only one of these items 14666 seems to display the counted amount in the correct reporting UOM, the other 2 - 14668 an 14669 display as if they are shoiwng the reported UOM , but actually are displaying a caluclated amount from the base inventory unit. 

Example. Location 30001 - Weekly Count

Item 14668 counted is 3- 6/3 kG Bag, 6 -3 kg Bag, 0 Pound  = This should display 2 6/3 KG Bags as that is the reported UOM, but it is displaying as 178.57

Item 14669 is counted as 1-10 liter jar, 2- One Liter. This should display 1.20 10 liter jug, but displays 3.17 liter jar
