Cash Day Summary is not re-exported - simple test

Scenario - Cashier Shift Close Data and some TLD are sent to April 5, 2019 - store 00198 in JAT. Since the day was previously finalized I expect a the CDS and PMIX to export as normal.

Defect - exports do not appear to be queued and sent

Note - auto-notification that I am not aware was triggered but it does not make sense.

This was the body of both CFA JAT Data Export Error - Product Mix and CFA Jatesting Data Export Error - Cash Day Summary was the same.
