Standard count types does not update via the Entity Item Import

The goal of this story is to keep the settings of the Custom Count travel paths, when the types are updated by the import.

For example:
Before Import:

• Spot = True
• Daily = True
• Custom Count 1 = True
  Import file to set Spot and Daily to False
  After Import
• Spot = False
• Daily = False
• Custom Count 1 = True

What I saw in the Functional Review was that the standard count types (Spot, Daily, Weekly, Period, Monthly) were no longer being updated by the import. What we want to happen is that the standard type continue to be updated by the import, but any Custom Count type settings should NOT be impact by the import.
