"Allow User Override" checkbox not updating

Steps
1) Navigate to inform.jatesting.cfahome.com/MMS_Admin_AutoNotify.aspx

2) Select 'Inventory' from the Group drop down 

3) Tick the 'Allow User Override' checkbox to make it TRUE 

4) Click 'Update'

Actual Result
The page refreshes and the checkbox is NOT selected

Expected Results
The checkbox must be checked after page refresh
