SO - Create an alert for the user when the total cases ordered are 50% greater than the last 5 orders received (drop high and low?)

• Add a max value to the Quantity field (999) behave in a similar way to Counting
  • Can this be configurable?
• Add a tolerance configuration +/- 50%, by vendor
• When placing an order assess the total number of cases ordered in comparison to the average of the last 5 orders for that vendor, dropping the high and low
  • If the store does not have five orders for that vendor, do not drop high and low, just use straight average
• Update Distributor Default Settings to include this tolerance
  • Update the processes used to assign vendors to stores, to include the new config
    • -I-4 process that assigns vendors-
    • Order Guide process - Location Import, that assigns vendors
• Increase width of modal
• Add swim lanes to modal
