Open Transfers - Requested Operation Failed

1) Use Lenox square and navigate to 'Open Transfers'

2) There is an open transfer by Sam Newman - 78851

3) Click 'View'

NOTE: 'The requested operation failed' pop up

4) Click Actions -> Deny

5) Enter a reason and click 'Confirm'

NOTE: The transfer is still there

Expected Result: The transfer must be denied and removed from the list
