Food Donations - Design tables to store and convert Food Donation Items

As a Product Owner I want the developer to design the new table(s) so that Food Donation items can be configured

Notes

• Food donations are Waste Adjustments, with a specific Reason Code
• Food donations can Finished or Raw items that are wasted
  • 
• Food donations can be wasted as either Quantity, Pounds and Gallons
• It should be possible to store a conversion ratio as a part of the Food Donation Item so that an item can be, for example:
  • Recorded in pounds, but wasted in Inventory Units
  • e.g. 5 lbs of Filets = 15 Each
• Food Donations will be exported in units in which they are recorded (*New Export)
  • Items will be exported with one of the following units:
    • Each
    • Pounds
    • Gallons
• The Inventory Adjustment export will be triggered as a part of the Waste transaction
• Food Donations are really a header record, mapped to regular waste transactions on the back end

Note: the conversion ratios and Food Donation items will be provided by the PS team

Acceptance Criteria

1. Confirm when the table is implemented Raw and Finished Items can both be configured
2. Confirm that item sort order can be specified
3. Confirm that the units in which food donations can be recorded can be configured
4. Confirm that the units in which food donation adjustments are performed in InFORM can be configured

1. Confirm when configuring an item it is possible to specify the conversion ratio between recorded units and wasted units
2. Confirm that the units in which the item is to be exported can be configured
3. Confirm when configuring an item it is possible to specify the conversion ratio between recorded units and exported units
4. Confirm that a script is provided to support and PS to allow the insertion of new records
   • For now we will do it through the db, if time permits in R4, we may revisit and build a simple UI
