      Description

      We need an Integration Testing environment \ capability in our Mobile projects to be able to automate database dependent things (like SPs) which the InMemoryDatabase option in our true Unit Tests will not allow.

      Note: This also includes some elimination of the old Cube-related reporting\dashboard code that we are just not using anymore and refactoring the Reporting code we do need into the Foundation library instead as both are pretty small slices of functionality.
