As an user I want to see that I will be recorded as the user who received the transfer so that when others look later I can be accountable
Notes
- Add detail to the existing modal
- Currently the user is saved in the table, in a single column as "user name - userid"
- We need to either:
- Update the screens displaying this information to only show the user name
- Update the process and table that store this data to break out the user id into a separate column

Acceptance Criteria
- Confirm when a transfer is being received, the user name of the currently logged in user is displayed
- Confirm when a transfer is being received, the user id of the currently logged in user is NOT displayed
- Confirm that if a change is made to how the user name and user id is stored that there is a schema change to update the existing data
- Confirm that if a change is made to how the user name and user id is stored that the transfer process passes regression testing
