SO - Stale Draft Order - Warning message when opening Draft/In Progress Order

    Details

      Description

For suggested ordering restaurants, users would like a message that indicates time elapsed since creating order.

If an order was created >1 hr ago, generate a message when clicking into 'In Progress' Order. Message something like the below with 'yes' or 'no' options.

"This order was created x hrs ago, and on-hand values may no longer be accurate. Would you like to continue?"

      Configuration

Configuration Manager > Mobile > Ordering

      • Create Order - Hours before warning for Draft Orders
        • The hours specified in this setting are used to determine if a Draft Order is stale, and if so, prompt the user to delete the order or continue
      • By default the value should be zero/Null/blank, meaning that it is not enabled
      • To be enabled a value greater than zero must be entered
HLE / On site meeting notes
      • Configuration to pilot/specify number of hours (initial config to be aligned with Session Time Out)
        • Mobile > Ordering > Create Order - Hours before warning for Draft Orders
      • Display a modal when an order has been opened, on a secondary tab, for longer than the session time out
      • Show modal
      • Continue/Delete
      • Continue - Continue to order (clicking out of modal, and clicking X )
      • Delete - Delete order and return to browse page
