2019.R4-Allocation Qty change - Discard modal display again after clicking continue

Build: CFA - 19.4.0.2533
Store: 00198 - Northwest Arkansas Mall
User: System Admin
Day: Thr, Setp 05, 2019

Steps

1. Navigate to Store and page above
2. Click on pencil to edit the Total Qty
3. Navigate to another MxConnect Page (like spot count)
Observe: The Discard Allocation Quantity Change Modal
4. Click Continue
Observe: The Discard Allocation Quantity Change Modal (Again every time you click continue)

Note: You must Cancel or click X for every modal that opens.
