Suggested Count > For BISCUIT MIX, LARGE, the negative on-hand values are not populating

In the screenshots below for item Sauce,Honey Rstd BBA CFA, on clicking the item the corresponding negative on-hand value is populated in the Location.

But for Biscuit Mix, Large on-hand value is not populated.
