      Description

As an operator entering a count I want to see how many days is has been since an item was last counted so that I can determine if I want to count the items or not

      Use case
This requirement comes out from the same team that requested the Suggested Monthly count functionality. Their expectation around the use of the suggested count is that stores may count protein/high value items before doing a monthly count. Once the suggested count is generated the on hands for these items will be accurate, but for others it may have been some time since the items were last counted, so we have been asked to show the number of days since the item was last counted.

      Notes

      • New configuration to support the pilot of this feature
      • Display the number of days since the item was last counted
      • Provide a filter that allows the user to only show those items that were counted more than X days ago (where X comes from the configuration)
      • Mockups
      • View All Items
      • Items Not Counted for X days

      Acceptance Criteria

      1. Confirm that there is a new configuration
        • Configuration Manager > Mobile > Counting > Days since item was last counted
        • text - Used to turn on/off the display of Counted X days ago, on Correct On Hand, Count pages, and Suggested Count. This setting is also used to determine what is classified as an old count (shown in red).
        • By default this setting should be off = blank/zero/null
        • When a value is entered into the configuration, it becomes active
      2. Confirm that when the config is enabled, and a user is entering a count, the days since the item was last counted is displayed, by item
      3. Confirm that when the config is NOT enabled, and a user is entering a count, the days since the item was last counted is NOT displayed
      4. Confirm that when the configuration is enabled and the days since an item was last counted is less than the tolerance, the label is displayed in normal font
      5. Confirm that when the configuration is enabled and the days since an item was last counted is equal to or greater than the tolerance, the label is displayed in red
      6. Confirm that if a store is configured to check the days since an item was last counted that there is a new filter displayed
        • Confirm that the filter has two options
          1. View All Items (the default selection, and shows all items/items are not filtered)
          2. Items Not Counted for X days (Where X is pulled from the configuration, and when selected, only those items shown in red are displayed)
          3. Note: When filtered, items should remain in the correct locations
          4. If a location has no items that are out of tolerance, show a message to the user
          5. The item count should reflect all items in the location, not just those that are displayed once filtered
