Order Schedule - Delivery Time not persisting

As an user configuring an Order Schedule I want the Delivery Time to be correctly persisted so that when orders are auto created the correct time are picked up

Notes

• Last worked on in CFAMX-220, at the time there was some wonkiness around persisting the time
• Based on my recollection, there are two fields that I believe support Delivery Time:
  • On the Series tab
  • 
  • On the Order tab
  • 
• There was always some problem with keeping these in sync, and the UI seemed to auto update them when viewing a saved series, all very odd
• Notes from that ticket:
  • When creating an order series via the Scheduled Order Import, the time in the Start Date defaults to 05:00, whereas for Manually entered schedules the time defaults to 00:00

Acceptance Criteria

1. Confirm that someone gets to the bottom of this issue, and determines whether one or both fields are required
   • Confirm that if there is an extra field that it is removed
2. Confirm that if the delivery time is set through the UI, it is persisted, and used when auto creating an order
3. Confirm that if the delivery time is set through the UI, and the series is viewed, the Delivery Time does not change unless a user edit is made to the time
4. Confirm that if the delivery time is set through the UI, and an occurrence of a series is viewed, the Delivery Time does not change unless a user edit is made to the time
5. Confirm that if the delivery time is set via the import, it is persisted, and used when auto creating an order
6. Confirm that if the delivery time is set via the import, and the series is viewed, the Delivery Time does not change unless a user edit is made to the time
7. Confirm that if the delivery time is set via the import, and an occurrence of a series is viewed, the Delivery Time does not change unless a user edit is made to the time
