Story
As a Support Center user, I would like all images used for splash page content to be stored in a centralized image repository.
Details
HotSchedules will add logic so images uploaded for splash page content is stored in a centralized image repository. Current logic requires images to be copied across multiple web servers.
Acceptance Criteria
- Verify when the images are uploaded, they are stored in a database table.
- Verify the image is stored as a Base64 file.
- Verify the maximum file size for an image is 2 megabits.
