CFA Food Donation Export - web service hasn't been populated after 2019R4 deployment.
It is used to populate the export destination. Usually a web service is populated with Swagger details.

Reproduction Steps
select * from tbTaskXSLTWebService with (nolock)
where WebServiceType like '%food%'

Expected Results
A record with FoodDonationRESTExport web service type is returned

Actual Results
No results are returned

Kevin Reid we try to deploy new exports with a the paths already preconfigured for something, this was not defined in the Story, but I would like you to include it so that when we deploy to Staging, the Swagger endpoint is already there.
