      Description

      Configuration
      • Configuration Manager > Mobile > Ordering > Create Order - Check for Key Items
      • Also, items have to be marked as Key Items, this is done in the Wizard

From operator feedback, we'd like a feature where operators are alerted if a key item isn't included in an order. Operators would be able to set a list of items that they'd like to be alerted isn't in their order if it's missing. For example, if a user forgets to enter fries, chicken filets, icedream or cups (All items the store sets as their important items) then an alert pops up when the user clicked Place Order. This alert will say something like "There are Key Items not included in your order. Are you sure you want to place your order without these items?" The user can then go back into the order and make sure those items are included, or move forward to placing the order if this exclusion was intentional.
