Forecast - Last Modified field for Restaurant Edited Forecast

Note: There is no configuration required for this, as it is informational only

Requirement

When a Restaurants forecast is adjusted, there is currently no way to see which user made and adjustment or when an adjustment was made. For better visibility and accountability, we'd like to add a field next to the "Restaurant edited" value to show which user was the last to make an edit, and at what time.

• If multiple edits are made, simply displaying the most recent user/timestamp is sufficient
• The user/timestamp should display on all screens that show the "Restaurant edited" amount: Sales, Transactions, and Sales Items screens.
• If no forecast adjustments have been made, the text field should not display.
• The verbiage for text should be as follows: "Forecast edited by {} on {}", where first placeholder is the User (first and last name), and second placeholder is the full timestamp edit was made (month/day/year hour:min:sec) , in the store's local timezone.
