CLONE 2019R4 - Item Activity - UI 4 dp, CSV 2 dp - Both should be 4 dp

      Description

      When viewing the Item Activity Page, the values are displayed at 4 decimal places, this was determined as needed to address a previous bug.
      When making this change the data in the CSV file was left at 2 dp, whereas this too should be at 4 dp, as the same issue is occurring. Very small amounts round to 0.00

      • Update the Item Activity CSV to display data at 4 decimal places
