Allow Access to EOM - only hides link - user can still access with EOM Url

      Description

      Scenario - In HOConfig Manager - uncheck allow Access to EOM
      Login to MXC
      EOM menu link is not displayed
      Paste URL in https://m.inform.jatesting.cfahome.com/#/EndOfMonth/MarkMonthEnd browser

      Defect - Page opens. If Access is OFF I should get message that page is not accessible
