      Description

      With an initiative to increase restaurant deliveries, Chick-fil-A would like the ability to track tips received by a team member who has delivered an order. The tip information will be entered into the restaurant’s Point of Sale and flow into InFORM through the TLD file.

      Requirements

      1. Add new Paid In Category
      2. Add new Paid Out Category
      3. Paid In/Out page
        • Tip Paid In
          • New Paid In Category not available for selection when adding/editing a record
          • Tip Paid In should be aggregated into a single record the the day (one record for All Cashiers/All transactions)
          • Tip Paid In record cannot be edited
        • Tip Paid Out
          • New Paid In Category not available for selection when adding/editing a record
          • Tip Paid Out transactions will come across, and should be displayed, as individual records
          • Tip Paid In record cannot be edited
      4. Cash Day Summary Export
        • Include new details in the ShiftSalesDetailInfo for each CashierDetailInfo
          • <TipPaidOuts><Amount>1.2500</Amount><Count>1</Count></TipPaidOuts>
          • <TipPaidIns><Amount>1.2500</Amount><Count>1</Count></TipPaidIns>
          • These values should be backed out of the regular Paid In and Paid Out amounts that are included in that same section, so as not to double count the transaction
      5. Daily Sales Report

      6. Patch back to 2020R2

      Testing notes

      • It is entirely possible that the ServicePoint change won't be in place when we do this work
      • To test it, we can do the following:
        • Set up the Paid In/Out categories and download them to the lab POS
        • Ring transactions using those Paid In/Out categories
        • They will then be uploaded to the Paid In/Out page
      • The page functionality can be tested
      • The CDS functionality can be tested
      • The DSR can be tests (if needed)
