      Description

      When using IE or Edge and clicking on the image button in the content editor, the image selected does not get uploaded.
      Note: it works fine in Chrome, and drag and drop from File Explorer work for IE and Edge

      Splash Page Editor > Add Splash Page > Click on image icon
