2020.R2(S1):Split Payment - Customers with Credit or NO TBCs do not *Initially* get the Credit option

Store: 00198 Northwest Ark Mall (Entity = 123)

Steps:
1. Navigate to the https://m.inform.jatesting.cfahome.com/#/Financial/CollectedSales Page
2. Select a customer with a credit or no TBCs
3. Click Continue

Results: There are no actions until you toggle the customer filter/drop-down

Expected: The Actions buttons - Credit and Split Payment to be there on page load
