2020.R2(S1): Correct On Hand- When the count is updated in the modal, the red warning *sometimes* does not go away

Created an order that had items which were not counted but when I updated a location count or a UOM count and saved, the field in the order still said to Correct on Hand:

Store: George Washington
Steps:
Create QCD order
View items that require counts
Click the Correct On Hand button
update the count for one of the location or UOM fields
Click Save

Results: The red Correct on Hand text in the order does not go away even though the item was counted

Expected: When the item is counted through COH and the modal is saved, the red text in the order to "Correct on Hand" should go away and not require to save another change in the count.
