ASN w/o PO# - AutoReceive is not working - Order status being set to SHIPPED rather than Auto-Received

      Description

      Scenario - Store 00198 in testing

      Create an ASN with  <cbc:ActualDeliveryDate>2020-01-29</cbc:ActualDeliveryDate>
      <cbc:ActualDeliveryTime>16:30:00.0Z</cbc:ActualDeliveryTime>

      Process the ASN

      Defect - Expected the ASN to be Auto-received however it was only created in SHIPPED status (ORDER 797170)

       

      Please Note: I have actually gotten Auto-Receive to work but they were auto-received without items. See store 01919 - Order History - Order #797162 and #797161. After running this same test and order # 797199 for store 00198, I discovered the ASN Delivery QTY is some how set to 0. I am going to re-run this test as well and add a COST >0.00 to the file.
