      Description

The business has requested that the username of the user creating truck orders be added to the SO export.

      Story

When I view the data provided by the Suggested Order export, I would like to know who created, received, or canceled an order so that I can more effectively communicate with the user about the details of these order actions.

      Acceptance Criteria

      Confirm:

      • There is a new field in the Suggested Order export that is updated with the username of the user who:
        • Created an order (Sent when placed/received/cancelled)
        • Placed an order (Sent when placed/received/cancelled)
        • Received an order (Sent when received)
        • Canceled an order (Sent when cancelled)

      Outstanding Questions for CFA

      • Are we expected to include the name of the user who makes an adjustment to a suggested item value when the user is not the creator/receiver/canceller of an order?
      • Does “username” refer to the actual username or is the intention to capture the first and last name of the order creator/receiver/canceller?
