MxC Workflow - Migrate Changeover Change Fund to MxC W/F

As an operator I want to be able to complete the Changeover Change Fund in MxC so that I no longer have to use MMS

Notes

• Build out common calendar control/behavior
  • When workflow is open, and pinned open, the calendar control is not displayed on the page, instead the date is controlled by the workflow calendar
  • When the user is interacting with the page, but the workflow is not pinned open, display a read-only date and also see a calendar icon to re-open the workflow frame.
  • Note: When the page is displayed in the MMS Workflow, transition period, the date-picker should always show when the page is embedded in an iframe.
  • When page is complete, send signal to Workflow to Refresh just in case any Auto-Completion can be done.

Acceptance Criteria

1. Confirm that the Changeover Change Fund page is representative of the date of the workflow being completed
2. Confirm that the Changeover Change Fund is an optional task (Completed using the gear icon along side the task tab)
   • Confirm that there is a way to mark an optional task as Complete without having to perform that task
3. Confirm that any tasks that the Changeover Change Fund task is dependent upon have to be Completed prior to starting this task
4. Confirm when the workflow is open, and pinned open, the calendar control is not displayed on the page, instead the date is controlled by the workflow calendar
5. Confirm when the user is interacting with the page, but the workflow is not pinned open, display a read-only date and also see a calendar icon to re-open the workflow frame
6. Confirm when the page is displayed in the MMS Workflow, the date-picker is available when the page is embedded in an iframe
7. Confirm that when viewing the workflow for dates beyond the current workflow date (Workflow tabs turn white), the user can select the Changeover Change Fund task, but when doing so they will see a message informing that that the task cannot be completed (use the existing message)
8. Regression test Opening Change Fund page as well.
