2020.R2(S3): TBC Reversal is not adjusting the customer balance correctly

Assigning a new customer to an existing TBC, when I check the customer balance, the adjustment to is not correctly reversing the amount owed.

ex.
Customer 1 TBC $5.00
Assign to Customer 2, so Customer 2's balance is $5.00
Reverse back to customer 1, the balance is -$5.00 instead of 0, the balance is correct in tbCustomerOnAccountBalanceEvent, but not in the customerInformation table.
